Review of the K Hotel, BatamDuring my recent stay at the K Hotel, I found the location to be one of its strongest assets, with proximity to Nagoya Hill Shopping Center and a variety of street food options just a stone's throw away. The room, while spacious and equipped with a flat-screen TV and free toiletries, initially presented issues with water heating that took considerable time to resolve. Although the staff responded promptly, the proposed solutions felt a bit lacking in assurance. Upgrading to a Junior Suite provided a more comfortable experience, although it came at an additional cost. The hotel's amenities, including a 24-hour reception and a convenient bar/lounge area, were satisfactory, but I believe that service consistency could be improved. Breakfast was decent but could use enhancement, as was the staff's knowledge regarding local travel services. The K Hotel offers good value for the price, aligning with the essentials required for an enjoyable stay.
